The RRR4U Consortium invites you to the presentation of the October issue of the monitoring reports series dedicated to assessing Ukraine’s fulfillment of its commitments under the IMF program and the Ukraine Plan within the Ukraine Facility.

The special topic of this issue is “De-shadowing the Economy: A Challenge and an Opportunity for Ukraine.” Experts will discuss how reducing the shadow sector can become a driving force for economic recovery, investment, transparency, and business trust in the state.
