In this report, Institute of Analytics and Advocacy have outlined Ukraine’s commitments to the IMF on corporate governance of state-owned companies, determined the level of their fulfillment, and outlined the main trends for forecasting in this area, which could theoretically become the basis for future development, including the basis for potential programs with the IMF.

Special attention was paid to the issue of compliance of the Ukrainian system of corporate governance of state-owned companies with the OECD Guidelines on Corporate Governance of State-Owned Enterprises.
