Context
On 28 November at 15:00, RRR4U Consortium will launch a presentation of the Monitoring of IMF and EU Macro-Financial Assistance Programme Implementation
Cooperation with international partners is critical for Ukraine today: domestic budget revenues are only enough to finance defence and security. The EU and the IMF are ready to provide funding to the budget, but not just by providing money, but by creating the preconditions for Ukraine’s prosperity.
To this end, the loan memoranda include structural benchmarks (IMF) and commitments (EU) – reforms and changes that Ukraine must implement to achieve macroeconomic stability and create the basis for economic growth. That is why the RRR4U consortium is launching regular monitoring of Ukraine’s implementation of the benchmarks and commitments.
