Members of the RRR4U consortium attended a reception at the residence of the Permanent Representative of Sweden in cooperation with the Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the Council of Europe

The event was attended by officials from more than 20 countries, to whom we explained the key principles of reconstruction, namely:
- Ukrainian ownership of the reconstruction;
- the principle of “rebuilding better than it was”;
- decentralisation and the role of communities in reconstruction;
- involvement of private investors and businesses in reconstruction;
- human-centred approach;
- urgency of financial assistance and much more.
Meetings were also held with the Council of Europe Development Bank, the Venice Commission, GRECO and the Council of Europe Secretariat, the department responsible for bilateral programmes between the Council of Europe and countries, including Ukraine.

As part of the meetings, we presented to the partners the DREAM ecosystem – Digital Restoration Ecosystem for Accountable Management – created by the RISE coalition under the leadership of the Open Contracting Partnership and with the assistance of the Office of Effective Response and Transparency International Ukraine.
